Lisa Honour
Lisa has always been extremely passionate about the care sector. She has spent 25 years in the recruitment industry, leaving her last role at director level.
Lisa specialised in the recruitment of healthcare professionals, in both the temporary and permanent marketplace, from support workers through to heads of service within the social care sector.
Lisa’s day to day tasks includes the total overseeing of recruiting for all the WhiteTrees Group staff requirement, from interview through to onboarding and then managing the businesses ongoing HR requirements. She may well be the lady you speak with if you call to discuss a role we have advertised and equally she is as comfortable as part of the senior management team in the boardroom.
We have a support team to help Lisa with the daily workload and they all live and breathe WhiteTrees!

Our Recruitment Process
The recruitment process begins with the submission of CVs, followed by phone screening, assessment and a final interview.
At WhiteTrees Recruitment we believe in working together to ensure we provide the best support and care for our young people.

Application
Submit your C.V via the online portal, advert or direct call to us. Our recruitment team will review your application.
Initial Contact
You will be called for an initial conversation to explain the role applied for in more detail and to answer any questions you may have to ensure this is the role for you.
Formal Interview
If successful at stage two you will be invited for a formal interview and skill assessment at our head office.
Offer of Employment
You will be contacted with the outcome of your final interview within two to five working days. At this point, if the offer is accepted, we will start the compliance process.
